RETURNS
We accept returns or refunds within 7 days of the delivery date for most items,The reason for requesting a return has to be reasonable. Simply deciding “I don’t want the items anymore” is not a reasonable return reason. The items have to have clear flaws in either sizing or quality for the reason to be considered reasonable. We have the right to decide if your return request reason is reasonable or not. The items also need to be in untouched condition with labels on them to be valid for returning.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless you received the wrong order or a defective order. In that case, the return shipping will be free.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your package never arrives and you did not receive a refund, it is likely because you entered your shipping location incorrectly. Shipping labels are copied directly from the information you provide, so if the location is incorrect, your package may not be delivered. Please double-check your shipping information to avoid this issue. If you believe your package was not delivered due to a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If you need to cancel your order or change it, make sure to contact us as soon as possible. We usually process orders in 1-2 days and it’s not possible to change anything after your order has been shipped. Please be sure that your order is correct and that you want it before submitting it.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after we’ve received the returned product. If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company, as there may be processing delays. Exchange
We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for most items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Contact Us Page. To exchange the item you’ll either have to return the product, cover the shipping costs and we’ll send you a new order after we’ve received the returned product(s). Or we can offer you a -50% discount code to get a new order immediately without you having to return the products.
